I bought two dresses for my daughter to try. She chose the other dress, and I returned this dress. I was expecting the 280-plus dollars to go back to my card, but they gave me a gift card. I spoke to them and told them I only used the website to buy a prom dress and would more than likely not use the gift card. That's their policy not to give money back and put it on a gift card. In order for me to get any money back I agreed to a one-time 25% restocking fee, which made me mad. I think that 25% is very excessive, but I agreed to it because I knew I wouldn’t use the gift card. so be very careful guys. A week and a day has gone and I'm still waiting for the money to go back into my account.
