We hope you love your PromGirl purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress.
In the event you do not love your dress, you can request a RA and ship your product back within 10 days from the date your package is marked as delivered. You will receive a store credit for applicable items that never expires. We do not issue refunds for returns. We will gladly accept a return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unmarked, odorless, unstained, undamaged merchandise without animal hair with all tags intact for an online store credit.
All returns are charged a handling fee per order. The handling fee is $8.95. A prepaid shipping label* is included in this fee and can be requested at time of return authorization request. You may also use your own label using any other trackable method.
Returns and replacements require a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). A RA# must be requested and the package shipped within 10 days of receipt of the item. Packages without a RA # or outside 10 days will be denied and/or refused.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
- Special Occasion dresses are delicate and require extra caution when handling. Our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. If for any reason you receive an item that is less than perfect, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the package by emailing Support@promgirl.com.
- All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned without tags, appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, have an odor, have pet hair or appear to have been tampered with in any way, may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
- In Stock & Special Order Items: In stock and special order items may be returned for a store credit less applicable fees, unless otherwise noted. We do not issue refunds.
- Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories:Accessories (ie: jewelry, hand bags, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, you will receive an email within ten business days that confirms your return has been processed.
Step 1: A Return Authorization # must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Step 2: Put product and paperwork in box.
Step 3: Write the Return Authorization # on the outside of the shipping box.
Step 4: Ship to us no more than 10 days after receipt of the item.
