Shipping & Delivery for Your PromGirl Order
Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
All orders of in stock merchandise will be shipped the following business day. During peak times, processing time may take longer.
Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date is a processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

We at PromGirl.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
Any orders of $500 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the shipping provider will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. The shipping provider will not be able to leave the package.
