The dress came ripped in multiple places along the seams on the sides and in the back. Additionally the strap also was broken. The team was not helpful at all and I had to get it fixed myself, super dissapointing.
We’re truly sorry your dress arrived in less than perfect condition and for the frustration that caused. While we’re glad you accepted a paartial refund to cover costs of local repairs, we also offered to replace the product with a brand new one.
