Can I order by phone?
Sure! We'd be happy to take your order by phone! U.S. customers can call us toll free at 1-888-THE-PROM (843-7766), or International customers can call at 302-279-1052. Please check our Contact page for current phone hours.
What does "Due to Ship" mean?
Items marked as "Due to Ship" need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer. Based on the latest update from the designer, this item will be available to ship on the date provided. Please consider this date plus the shipping time of your selected shipping method to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event.
Do you have a catalog?
PromGirl does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.
What are the lengths of your dresses?
The length of our dresses can be found on most product detail pages. Most of our long dresses are 57"-60" in length (unless otherwise specified). Most of our short dresses are 27"-33" in length (unless otherwise specified).
What is the fabric of your dresses?
Most product pages list the fabric of that particular dress. If you need information that is not listed on the product page, please contact us.
Do your products run true to size?
Each dress is made differently, so please check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information. For advice on how to measure, please view this sizing video.
Does PromGirl have a store?
PromGirl currently has 4 stores located in San Antonio, Texas, Houston Texas, Atlanta, Georgia and Manassas, Virginia. For more information please visit our store page.
How do I tell if a dress is in stock?
Simply choose your size and color on the dress page. If the dress is in our warehouse, you will see a message that says "In Stock: Ships next business day!"
Where can I find the size chart?
Size charts vary for individual products and can be found by clicking "What size am I?" next to the size selection drop down menu on the product page.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to almost anywhere in the world! If your country is not listed on the drop down menu for country in our checkout, please contact us for help.
What are the shipping options?
We have many shipping options for both domestic and international. View all our shipping options here!
What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different than your shipping address, your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.
How long will it take to get my package?
We are not currently experiencing any shipping delays on in-stock styles due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Shipments from our U.S. distribution center are adhering to the timelines below. For additional questions, click here.

If your dress is in stock, it will ship out within 1 business day and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping method. If your dress is not in stock, please consider the ship date provided when choosing your size/color combination on the product page plus the shipping time of your chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or a refund. Sale items may be returned for Store Credit Only. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. You must request a return authorization number and ship the item back within 7 days after receiving your order.

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process, or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method. If you use our prepaid shipping label, a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 for the first item and $4.95 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Orders with multiple regular priced items may receive a refund for a maximum of 3 items.  Each additional regular priced item may be returned for store credit only.

How do I use my store credit?
After you add the item to your Shopping Bag, you will see a grey box called Promo Code. Enter your store credit code in the box and click on the Apply Code button. You will see the deduction to the price as soon as the code is applied.
When does store credit expire?
Your store credit code is valid for up to five years from the date it was issued.
Can I use my store credit with a coupon code?
Yes. If you have any trouble, please contact us!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, AfterPay, and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. Get more information on payment options.
