Lose/saggy
This dress is big and saggy in the front. It looks worse because the back is so fitted. Customer service told me to buy an 8 and my daughter usually wears a 2 or 4. So I thought I would be safe based on their sizing chart and bought a size 4 and size 6 and they both are too big I should have stuck with the size 2. Now to make matters worse I cannot return or get credit for either dresses because I guess there is a 10 day return window I didn’t know about. So prom girl is unwilling to help me and Im out $460 on these dresses and still need a dress for my daughter this weekend. This has been a nightmare.
