The first order only came with one of the dresses I had ordered and I ordered two of the exact dress and size. I received a call from the owner which made this right and sent another dress after asking me questions about delivery/packaging. When the other item arrived it did have the same issue (broken hanger and crumpled receipt enclosed) however the dress wasn’t damaged.
