Hands down 10/10!!!! I purchased this dress for my daughter, shipping was extremely fast and the dress is amazing!!!!! The first one that we received was a little narrow in the hips so I needed a replacement in just a few days and let me tell you….we put the dress in the mail and they sent a replacement as soon as they received the notification that the other one had been sent, we received the new size up 2 DAYS LATER!!!!! Customer service was fantastic, they didn’t give me the runaround and did everything they could to help make my daughter’s prom a success when I was literally losing my mind. Thank you sooo much PROMGIRL for superb service and the gorgeous dress!!! The quality of the dress is amazing!!!! I added a little something extra to the top of the dress per my daughter’s request and everything was beautiful.
The dress is absolutely beautiful in person! Honestly, I was nervous to order off this website and was worried about the quality of the dress but I’m glad I took the chance! The dress was a bit long but other than that I am completely satisfied. The sizing was perfect, I just used the sizing chart. Will definitely order from here again.
