Return Policy
We hope you love your PromGirl purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress.
In the event you do not love your dress, you can request a Return Authorization and ship your product back within 10 days from the date your package is marked as delivered. You will receive a store credit for applicable items that never expires. We do not issue refunds for returns. We will gladly accept a return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unmarked, odorless, unstained, undamaged merchandise without animal hair with all tags intact for an online store credit.
If free returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customers are charged a handling fee per return created. The handling fee is $8.95. A prepaid shipping label* is included in this fee and will be sent automatically via email once the return is created.
*Continental US and Canada only. All other International customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.). International customers must email support@promgirl.com to request a Return Authorization.

Return/Replace Items
Returns and exchanges require a valid Return Authorization to be created using the link below. A return must be requested and the package shipped within 10 days of receipt of the item. Packages outside 10 days will be denied and/or refused.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
- Special Occasion dresses are delicate and require extra caution when handling. Our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. If for any reason you receive an item that is less than perfect, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the package by emailing Support@promgirl.com.
- All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned without tags, appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, have an odor, have pet hair or appear to have been tampered with in any way, may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
- In Stock & Pre-Order Items: In stock and pre-order items may be returned for a store credit less applicable fees, unless otherwise noted. We do not issue refunds.
- Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories: Accessories (ie: jewelry, hand bags, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, you will receive an email within ten business days with your store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
If you select an exchange item when creating your return, you will receive an email once the returning item shows movement from the carrier in our system. Exchange orders are not processed automatically when you create your return. You must complete your exchange order through the link in the email. You may also choose an upgraded shipping method at this time, if needed. Exchange items are not put on hold during this process. Once you complete the exchange order, we will begin to process the new item.
Step 1: A Return Authorization # must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Step 2: Put product in box. Product must be in the polybag that it came in.
Step 3: Print the shipping label sent via email or use the QR code (if applicable) when dropping off to the carrier.
Step 4: Ship to us no more than 10 days after receipt of the item.
