**When paying by check (E-check) via PayPal, please allow 6-8 business days for the E-check to clear. Once it clears your order will then be processed.

Receiving Your Order

Most of the time, the dress you select should be available to ship within 1-3 business days. The stock availability for each product is on our website, and is updated daily. In the event that the size or color you select is temporarily sold out, unavailable, or back-ordered, an estimated date will be posted on the website and we will get it to you as soon as we possibly can.

During checkout, you will notice that we ask you your "Event Date", or the date of your event. If you indicate your wear date and we cannot get you the dress in advance of that date, we will contact you immediately! If you need your dress pronto, please double-check the date listed on the site. Feel free to call if you have any questions. How quickly you receive your order also depends on the shipping method that you select at the time of purchase and the destination.

Order Delay

We at PromGirl.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until needed information is received and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review.  Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
