The dress arrived with a broken strap and was very poorly made. I emailed immediately because of their 10-day return policy, It took four days and a voicemail to get a response. I was told no refund could be issued because they only do exchanges or store credits. I was also reminded to have the dress back to them within the 10-day window or no credit would be issued. I asked that they give me back four additional days to return because of their response time, but never received an answer. Given the poor quality of their dresses, I did not want a store credit or an even exchange. Please don’t waste your money here and shop at a reliable retailer like Macy’s or Dillard’s. They have well made gowns, great sales/customer service and will issue refunds.
