Bust
Measure over the fullest part of your bust.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 1-2 inches
above your belly button.

I was so disappointed with the quality of this dress! The design is beautiful but the fabric & the cut was very poorly made. The bottom of the zipper would stick out creating little bumps after the waist line. The fabric doesn't snag but it doesn't have a bottom seam. The top part was beautiful (propably the best part made) but extremely big compared to the rest of the dress. The hooks for the zipper were put on wrong that it wouldn't latch properly. The fabric was very thin you could see every detail of the liner, which was swon in backwards. Unfortunately i wasn't able to return the dress so I had no other option than trying to fix it with a seamstress which turned out ok. But for the price of this i expect better quality.
