We ship most orders the same day they're placed!
- The selected item must be marked "in stock ready to ship"  
- Order must be placed on business days (Monday - Friday, non holiday) 
- Place your order before 1 PM EST and choose US Next Day Shipping 
- Place your order before 9 AM EST and choose US Ground Shipping

Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item.

** CANADA CUSTOMERS ONLY - You are paying everything up front, also called a "Landed Cost." You are being charged the total cost of your entire order before it leaves the US. This total "Shipping Cost" for Canadian orders includes the shipping cost, the brokerage fee, the customs duty, and the GST. Your order will be delivered to your door and you owe nothing more.

*** All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes.  Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges. 

Delivery Times

All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST will be shipped the same business day*.  Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Please allow 6 additional weeks for customized dresses, and 5 days for dying handbags and shoes.

Order Delay

We at PromGirl.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until needed information is received and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review.  Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
