Items marked as "Special Order" need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer. Based on the latest update from the designer, this item will be available to ship on the date provided. Please consider this date plus the shipping time of your selected shipping method to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event. **International customers please allow an additional 2 business days for processing
PromGirl does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.
The length of our dresses can be found on most product detail pages. Most of our long dresses are 57"-60" in length (unless otherwise specified). Most of our short dresses are 27"-33" in length (unless otherwise specified).
Most product pages list the fabric of that particular dress. If you need information that is not listed on the product page, please contact us.
Each dress is made differently so please check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information. The size chart is located next to the size selection drop down menu on the product page.
We have a boutique in Middletown, DE. To see when the boutique will be opening and the hours, please visit our store page.
Simply choose your size and color on the dress page. If the dress is in our warehouse, you will see a message that says "In Stock & Ready to Ship!"

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.
If your dress is in stock, it will ship out within 1 business day and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping method. If your dress is not in stock, please consider the ship date provided when choosing your size/color combination on the product page plus the shipping time of your chosen shipping method.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit (100% of your purchase) or a refund (less 10% restocking fee)! Read our full return policy here.
After you add the item to your Shopping Bag you will see a grey box called Promotional Code. Enter your store credit code in the box and click on the Apply Code button. You will see the deduction to the price as soon as the code is applied. Store Credit does not apply to shipping cost.
Your store credit code is valid for up to one year from the date it was issued.

If you selected "dye to match a dress order" when placing your shoe order, we will look up any recent orders you have placed with Promgirl.com and dye your shoes to match this dress. If there is more than one dress order, we will contact you to find out what color you need to dye your shoes.
If you selected "dye to match any colors", we will dye your shoes to match that general color. I.E. If you want sky blue shoes, do not select dye to match blue as they will be dyed blue. If your color is not shown on the selecctions, select "dye to match other".
If the color that you want to dye your shoes is not listed on the options, select "dyed other", and once the order is placed, visit our contact us page to submit an email with your order number and color you are dying your order.

If you have not selected "dye to match a swatch" or "dye to match a dress order", we are not responsible for your shoes not matching a certain color. The colors in our menu are general colors, and the manufacturer will dye them according to their guidelines.
In order to verify a price match you will need to send an email. Please provide the following information: style number, color, and size of the dress you are interested in ordering and the date of your event. Please also provide your telephone number and the link of the other website which must also include the price it is being offered for. We will review your request and contact you with the outcome.
The dress must be online with the price clearly visible. This guarantee will not be honored if the dress is on sale or clearance including an auction listing or is not available to order from the other website in time for your wear date. Your color and size combination must also be in stock and ready to ship. The other website must be an authorized dealer for the designer and/or manufacturer of the gown. Authorized dealers will appear in the store locator of the manufacturer's website. We will only match prices of US based web sites as there are foreign sites that advertise brand name dresses and ship copies at lesser quality.
To verify a web site please check the information usually located at the bottom of the webpage. You should be able to click on “About Us” or “Contact Us” to find more information about the company. If the company’s location is in China or Beijing and perhaps international based, these are considered knockoff sites and they DO NOT sell designer originals nor are they authorized by the designer to sell their products. Unfortunately many customers find out the hard way by losing their hard earned money and no dress. Please be careful when selecting a website to purchase your Special Occasion dress.
