There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom made, final sales, or sale merchandise. Stay up tape, lingerie, cosmetics, swimsuits, and visors will not be accepted for return.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for STORE CREDIT LESS SHIPPING FEES AND APPROPRIATE RESTOCKING FEES. Store credit may be used for any future purchases on our website for merchandise of any kind but store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs. We sell seasonal, time sensitive items so you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization number from us. Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused. All original tags must be in place to receive credit for the return. All merchandise is carefully inspected before accepted by our return department. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, or are not sent back in the condition it was sent will not receive credit in any form. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM: If you need to exchange an item for any reason you must return the original item to us per our return policy above. Once the returned item is received it will be inspected and you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our return policy. Once you receive your store credit code you will need to place a new order. At checkout, enter the store credit code and press the Use Gift Certificate button to apply the credit. If you are concerned about your event date being too close for an exchanged item, please contact our customer service department for assistance in expediting your return.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Sale items, Final Sale/No Returns items, stay up tape, lingerie, cosmetics, and visors cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse to ensure our merchandise is sent free of defects. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will not receive credit of any kind.

RESTOCKING FEES: There is a 10% restocking fee per item for all returns and/or exchanges.

STORE CREDIT: Store credit is valid for one year after issue date.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST: To receive your return authorization number please go to www.promgirl.com/returns and fill out the return authorization request form to receive the correct return address. Make sure you have added PromGirl.com and Simplydresses.com to your email safe list to insure receiving our email with your return authorization number. Please put Return Authorization number issued on the outside of the box.

International Shipping Policies: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom and import duties are not included in our shipping charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information before you place your order. Additionally, when ordering from PromGirl.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

PromGirl.com reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund.

On international shipments, delays may occur that are beyond our control caused by such factors as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions and custom services.

If duties are not paid by on entry to destination country, or the merchandise is refused, the product will be abandoned in the destination country and the customer will be responsible for 100% of the product cost and shipping. The customer will not receive any type of refund or credit for abandoned products.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
PromGirl.com has made every effort to display accurately the products featured on the Site. However, the colors we use and the capabilities of your computer monitor will affect the colors you see on your screen. PromGirl cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color, texture, or merchandise details will be accurate.

PromGirl is not responsible for errors made in selecting a dress size and cannot guarantee a dress will fit. It is the sole responsibility of the shopper to use a tape measure to take her measurements properly and then select the size that best fits her based on the size chart for the particular item purchased. PromGirl reserves the right to change sizes available and the size charts at any time.

SITE CHANGES
In order to keep the site current with our latest fashion ideas, PromGirl frequently changes the merchandise offered. This means that we cannot guarantee that an item displayed on a previous visit to the Site will still be available when you visit again. We reserve the right to make changes to the Site without prior notice. Should you be unable to locate an item you saw on a previous visit, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or transfer of title to the Buyer or customer occurs when PromGirl delivers the merchandise ordered to a common carrier in good condition for shipment to the customer.

User Comments, Feedback, Postcards, and other submissions: We welcome your comments and feedback regarding the Site, our products and our services.
