Please include an appropriate time to contact you and your time zone or state where you are calling from. Prom Girl guarantees that your shopping experience will be safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card. Prom Girl will cover that charge.

In the unlikely event of fraudulent use, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Tax Information Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New York addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside New York.
